Within the industry, a focus in liability driven investment and a focus to split beta and alpha investments have dramatically increased the demand for derivatives. Today the major obstacles for many investment managers are the technical solutions and the general knowledge in many areas and departments.
Crescore has extensive knowledge about most systems used in the market today from vendors such as SimCorp, Trema, and Wall Street Systems. Our consultants have implemented complete new systems for back office, front office, shareholder services, various risks, and performance. We also implemented new modules and releases and focused on implementation of new processes within an existing system.
This gives us a unique perspective to assist Asset Managers to increase the operational and financial effectiveness of their businesses and also when they have to comply to new regulations (such as MiFID and Solvency II). We can analyse the capabilities in the existing systems and processes and help set up new modules within or linked to existing systems.
Our consultants are often assigned roles as Program- or Project Managers, Test Managers, Conversion Managers or Business Analysts and with matters such as Business Modeling or Requirement Specification.
