The goal with COPI is to improve data for decision making, benchmark their own organisation, and find bottlenecks as well as to have a clear view of how resources are used.

Crescore helps clients improve their operations by assisting them in measuring operational efficiency. These measurements can help create and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs). The KPIs provide a foundation for finding bottlenecks and problem areas and can also be used for internal or external benchmarking. The figure below shows the phases in a typical COPI-project.
