Methodology

Crescore works with leading financial organisations and we are often assigned to large and complex projects. Crescore has extensive experience managing project portfolios as well as being responsible for grand business and IT projects and programs.

To secure quality in our own deliveries we have an ongoing systemisation of our experience within a project management framework named PROMICON to be used both internally and in assignments by our customer. PROMICON is a systemisation of Crescore’s experience working with large and many projects in the financial sector.

PROMICON covers two dimensions:

  • Follow-up and planning dimension by forcing all projects to plan and report on 5 predefined phases.
  • The various processes to be completed during a project

PROMICON includes guidelines, templates and examples to be used as support for the different project members as well as “instructions” for decision points.

PROMICON also gives templates for critical routines and follow-up criteria to be reported to a project administration function.
