More complex investment types and higher demands on each employee forces many organisations to either increase the cost for their investment processes or continuously evaluate their processes. Crescore can evaluate and improve investment and operational processes in many areas of the financial industry. We focus on developing existing and new processes and the redesign of less functional processes.

The assignments could be everything from two weeks to one-year projects where Crescore consultants take the project management role. Processes that span over and/or affect many departments, such as new instruments or opening of new funds, need extra attention with clear division of responsibilities and reasonable checkpoints to function well. We are used to the obstacles in designing and implementing new processes no matter whether it is a sub-process or whether it is a full-scale organisation change.

Process performance evaluation
The reasoning behind a broader oversight of the processes in a department could be many: large staff changes, overall changes in the organisation, or new product ranges to mention some. The management team has to make sure that the department still has over all control and is capable of making the right decision in the new environment. The problem is that the organisation itself is often too influenced by how it used to be and will have difficulties in finding ways to handle the new environment.

Crescore can offer a performance evaluation product: Crescore Operational Performance Indicators (COPI). This is a helpful tool and project for a department that wishes to evaluate the overall use of resources and internal organisation.

COPI
The goal with COPI is to improve data for decision making, benchmark their own organisation, and find bottlenecks as well as to have a clear view of how resources are used.
