When you start working at Crescore, you will be assigned a counsellor that will make sure that you have all the information and equipment that you need to get started. The counsellor will introduce you to your colleagues and make sure that you feel welcome. The counsellor is also with whom your annual and semi-annual performance management reviews are conducted in order to set and follow up personal goals and development and ensure high employee satisfaction.
Your future colleagues will be about 35 years old on average, about half of them women, and several are parents. The company highly values a good balance between work and leisure, however, not at the expense of development opportunities and challenging assignments.
Since you will spend most of your time at the client’s premises, it is important for the Crescore culture that there are ways to meet colleagues and to share knowledge and information. You will be part of a competence area and as a member of that team you will take part in activities to ensure Crescore’s expertise in that area. Examples of such activities are attending seminars or trainings, holding knowledge sharing seminars, and writing papers on current topics.
In addition, you will meet you local colleagues every second week for lunch. Those that have the possibility will occasionally meet after work. There are also a number of company wide conferences in various countries and locations. Our golf championship and racket sport tournament are also classics!
